ADEC held it's first annual "Sports Festival"
June 27, 2004: Manila
American Data Exchange Corporation (ADEC) held its first annual sports festival "Sportsfest 2004"! The activity's main objective was to promote camaraderie and sportsmanship among employees from all the different departments. There were 8 teams namely: Dark Gold, Orange, Sky Blue, Dark Green, Royal Blue, Light Grey, White and Black. The Human Resources Department (HRD) was in charged of assigning team colors for every employee. Each team member was given a chance to choose sports categories they wish to participate in. Non-sports aficionados were required to cheer for their teammates.
In order to satisfy the desire of all sports enthusiast, ADEC had come up with various sports category to choose from. Among these categories were: Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess & Darts.
The launching of this event was held at Citadella Gymnasium on May 16, 2004. The highlight of this activity became more intense when White Team was proclaimed as the OVER-ALL CHAMP during the championship playoffs on June 27, 2004, which was also held at Citadella Gymnasium.
