ADEC is pursuing ISO 9001:2000 Certification

American Data Exchange Corporation's ISO implementation Team has kicked off its ISO program. ADEC's ISO Team has successfully completed its first 'ISO Awareness Training' and 'ISO Implementation Training', and was awarded their ADEC ISO Certificates of Achievement. With certificates in hand, the ISO Core Team is eager to put their knowledge into practice and move to the next stage towards ISO Certification.

ADEC is aggressively responding to the BPO industry by continuously improving its operations and skill-sets. ISO 9001:2000 is one of the strategic initiatives that will enable ADEC to continually deliver the highest quality products and services to its customers, which is only the beginning of the ADEC continuous improvement journey.
